Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again. Close to outlets and beautiful Geneva.

Boyz II Men Concert My husband and I were staying at Del Lago for the Boyz II Men concert. Check in was at 4. I guess the hotel was booked to capacity because our room was not ready. We were no able to check in until about 6:15pm. Mind you we still had to get ready for the concert which was at 8pm. We were promised a $50 voucher for drinks at the hotel (which we did not receive) The next day at check out the same young lady (Marci) who checked us in was there. Very clean but no where to heat the food i brought from on the property when i was ready to go to my room

Not being ready Started out not so good check in was 4pm waited for over a hr to get in room they were not ready

The room was very nice! Comfy beds, nice bathroom with large rainfall shower, and the staff did a excellent job with cleaning rhe rooms! The only disappointment was the buffet in the casino has new procedures due to covid and is not really a buffet anymore. Other then that i had an excellent weekend stay!
