Property is wonderful but there is a major disconnect between housekeeping and the management. My room was never serviced for turn down or fresh towels even after requesting it. Management was apologetic and comped a night because of that

Very nice property. The only problem we had at check in was only one person working on checking in and there were six people ahead of us to be check so it took some time. Room was lovely, the Social cafe was very nice and enjoyed the Sports Bar.

This is the second time I have stayed here as it's the midway point between my home and my son's in Boston. It's a beautiful hotel and the casino is a bonus after many long hours of driving.

We loved Portico for the food. The Casino is laid out well with easy access to the bar. I wish it had more Let It Ride, and 3 Card poker tables. I didn't get to play as much as I wanted to.
