The room was excellent. My room was upgraded free of charge because it was my birthday. Staff was very generous. Room and resort very clean. Will be visiting again.
Great vibes
Everything was great. Claim, nice staff and very accomodating
Very nice as always!
Friendly staff, clean room and just an overall great experience!
The property is easy to get to. The food options could be better. The room was decent.
Only issue was that there was a musty smell in the bathroom.
The room was very clean and nicely updated. The beds were a great touch, and the wall-mounted TV was a nice addition. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend del Lago to family and friends.
Staff was very friendly. Room was NOT spotless however it was clean enough to be comfortable.
