I was able to see the selected models I had interest in. Phil insisted that I have my wife try to get into the model easily ( she is handicapped ) to make sure we would make the right decision. His approach was to find a perfect fit for our needs. The price was acceptable but I am sure everyone hopes for a lower cost. Rich Stern is the best salesman I have ever come across, and I highly recommend this dealership. I saved over $3,500 on my total price compared to another dealership in Fort Lauderdale.

We're expecting a lot of paperworks, though normal because of substantial amount of investment we're making , we're relieved because of how easy is the process is. Also, jeff made it sure that we're making the right decisions without being pushy resulting to huge amount of savings and great satisfaction; of course not to mention his friendliness and being accommodating. We will definitely recommend this to our friends.

This salesman (Richard Stern) reflects highly on both the Acura Models and this dealership. He revealed himself to be highly competent and efficient and accomplished all this in a highly friendly manner. Having an employee like this combined with high quality vehicles should be a model for all dealerships to strive towards. I will not fail to highly recommend him and this dealership to all others who are considering purchasing a vehicle and I will be a repeat customer..

Everyone was very friendly. The salesperson, Bill, spent a lot of time with me and was pushy. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable. I purchased the MDX and traded in my Hyundai Veracruz. The finance staff was very helpful and friendly. The finance manager, Fred, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Richard Stern took a very low-key approach that made us comfortable. He met the lower price we had obtained from another dealer. He explained many things about what is for us a very complicated car, and offered to help us at any time in the future. At all times he was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We cannot imagine a more satisfactory car-buying experience.
