I could not find Delray Hyundai so I am going through Acura. I went down to Delray Hyundai to look over the Sonata. Carlos greeted me and inquired which car I was interested in. He took me right over to a Sonata, I checked it out and we took a test drive. We discussed all the features and Carlos offered to let me take it home and show it to my wife. Excellent customer service. Dealer sent someone to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership to pick up my new car. Friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Made process fast and simple.
I was able to see the selected models I had interest in. Phil insisted that I have my wife try to get into the model easily ( she is handicapped ) to make sure we would make the right decision. His approach was to find a perfect fit for our needs. The price was acceptable but I am sure everyone hopes for a lower cost. We leased a car for the first time based on information readily made available to us by Phil.
