I live in Michigan and travel to Florida in the winter. Jeff was very pleasant and helpful through the entire process of buying my new car. He is customer service man and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership and Jeff in particular for a new car purchase.
I contacted Delray Acura and dealt with Jeff. He was very nice and wasn't pushy like many car salesmen can be. His attitude and straightforward behavior made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and I left with a new car feeling like I had a great experience!
Overall, I had a great experience. Jeff was extremely helpful and understanding about my situation as a young man looking to lease a new car. I will have to say that this was the BEST car buying experiece that I have EVER had. Within 5 minutes of getting out of my car and browsing the lot, Bill Mitchell approached me. I am new to the area and needed a odd repair done. I called acura and spoke with josh. I have in the past had very bad experiences with car dealerships not following through on what was discussed and really put Josh through the paces. Josh was friendly patient and most important took the time to look into my warranty and make all the calls needed to get repair approved.
