I purchased an Acura TL from Delray Acura in 2003 and my experience with the Dealership and my Acura was great. Bill and Rich were our salesmen. They were both very knowledgable and detailed about the MDX we have leased. Upon picking up the vehicle, Bill took the time to go over every single aspect of the extremely technical and state of the art details of our new car. Overall, the purchase went smoothly. From the very beginning, dealing with Bill was a pleasure. We will gladly recommend him and the dealership to our friends and relatives.
I found Danny the sales manager excellent to deal with and Bruce to be very fair. Lori Beth is young, excellent knowledge for a new sales person and extremely competent. The Dealership was a friendly atmosphere. people were eager to help and be of assistance. Bil Mitchell was my sales person. He was not pushy or over bearing . I believe he was on my side during the negotiations. I also he helped make the experience as good as it could be.
Came into the dealer yesterday to look at a pre-owned Jeep. While I didn't purchase the vehicle (didnt like the color), everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly.
STopped by to test drive the new RDX. It was a great drive. I currently drive a TL and am hoping to trade it in in the next 6 months. I will be back.
I went to the dealership based on a friend purchasing her car there and all her service work. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and well priced. My parents and daughter now own a MDX from their stores and I plan to get a MDX by June 2013.
Wonderful experience, both Richard and Bill help us, explained everything about the car we were interested in, took all the time necessary. No high pressure at all. Test drove the car twice, explained and demonstrated all the features to us. We bought the car, car was ready as promised, Bill sat with us for quite some time in the car and explained all the features, set the radio stations and garage remote. Explained the Navigation to us.
