I contacted Delray Acura and dealt with Jeff. He was very nice and wasn't pushy like many car salesmen can be. His attitude and straightforward behavior made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and I left with a new car feeling like I had a great experience!

Overall, I had a great experience. Jeff was extremely helpful and understanding about my situation as a young man looking to lease a new car. He cared, and went out of his way to make sure I get the car I wanted, at a price I could afford. He was friendly and also a business man, which I can appreciate. I was there to lease a car, and I drove off with my new Acura at the end of the day. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy car salesman and representative. Thanks Jeff!

I will have to say that this was the BEST car buying experiece that I have EVER had. Within 5 minutes of getting out of my car and browsing the lot, Bill Mitchell approached me. While this would be expected, except there was NEVER any pressure to buy. Everyone that I met and dealt with were helpful, friendly very professional. I am new to the area and needed a odd repair done. I called acura and spoke with josh. I have in the past had very bad experiences with car dealerships not following through on what was discussed and really put Josh through the paces. Josh was friendly patient and most important took the time to look into my warranty and make all the calls needed to get repair approved. I purchased an Acura TL from Delray Acura in 2003 and my experience with the Dealership and my Acura was great. The staff and management were professional, fair, honest and provided excellent service. My wife and I retired in 2013 and look forward to traveling the US. Bill and Rich were our salesmen. They were both very knowledgable and detailed about the MDX we have leased. Upon picking up the vehicle, Bill took the time to go over every single aspect of the extremely technical and state of the art details of our new car. Overall, the purchase went smoothly. I found Danny the sales manager excellent to deal with and Bruce to be very fair. Lori Beth is young, excellent knowledge for a new sales person and extremely competent. She was a pleasure to deal with, I'll definitely buy another car from her! In fact I'm looking for a used 13 TL and she is going to call me when she gets one in.
