After a year (literally a year) of fighting to get my 2020 MDX fixed with a simple warranty issue I finally got it scheduled to go get fixed. The service tech Alex has been great I don’t mean for this to reflect on him however this new ownership for the dealership is proving to be just as terrible as the previous one. Had a 1pm appointment for an oil change. It is now 530 pm and the car is still not ready. There is no customer service not 1 time in the 4 hours before the oil change was done did I even get the courtesy of any type of update. I have never waited over 4 hours for an oil change. Never bringing the car back here

New ownership, same terrible service. Bought a new MDX in March of 2021. Trim on the windows started coming off within the first 4 weeks, under warranty shouldn’t be a problem one would think. Called to get it scheduled and for months I would hear nothing after being told the parts were on back order. Over a 6 month period I would call to get an update and would never once get a call back. Daniel Galante was the salesperson we worked with and NO we do not recommend him as he lies and deceit. Sales manager Jeff was more professional and actually seemed like wanted to work out a deal. We don’t feel we got the best deal we could’ve received, but we can’t blame Jeff for being better at negotiating. Again, we are rating this dealership solely on Jeff. I was waiting in the sales area while waiting for my car to be serviced and was aghast at lack of safety protocol by some of the sales Acura sales staff. Almost a year into the pandemic they should know NOT to wear their protective below their noses. They should also know not to greet potential buyers by shaking their hand. I arrived for an 8:00 appointment this morning. I was told that they did not see my name for a reservation. The service agent said "Hey Boss, please find a text or email proving you have an appointment or you will have to leave." I searched my emails on my phone and located the reservation. I said to him "Here is my proof boss." Some other service member got in face and told me it was rude to call this guy boss and that I now had to leave the dealership. Acura RDX - Less than 600 miles May 13, 2019, 325 miles on this RDX Aspec- and I had a warning notification that there was a problem with my Blind Spot Monitoring System had a problem and to take it to a dealership. I took it to Coggin Acura in Ft. Pierce. The service manager reported that a DTC B18C7 was indicated, they cleared it with an explanation that it should been checked by Delray Acura prior to the car being delivered to me.
