Title: Significant safety issue on new vehicle and unacceptable service Review: "On October 21, 2025, my mother and I purchased a new Acura TLX from Delray Acura/Honda. We were pressured by sales staff (Jeff and AJ) to complete the sale without a test drive. Don’t recommend, I purchased a 2022 Certified used car with only 1,400 miles. I wish I remember the finance manager to write his name, but he’s from New Orleans, couldn’t find him on dealer website. When I asked my interest rate he gave me a much higher than what I was pre approved for from other banks, so I told him I’ll come back with a check from my own bank since the rate was so much higher (I know they jack it up to make the difference). The price advertised on pre-owned is absolutely misleading. They advertise one price but when they prepare the quote the vehicle has $2000 of added optional add ons already added by the dealer. Makes no sense to not include that in the advertised price of the car. False advertising and the fees are extremely inflated.
RUN! !! Don't walk away from this dealership. It took over 2 months to get my plates registered to my new car. I ended up driving with my old expired plates on the new car because both sets of temporary plates expired. It took over 4 months to get the title of my vehicle that was paid in full. I tried reaching out to the dealership to speak to a manager and was hung up on at least 10 times, between different instances. Mr. Ryan purchased a vehicle from Delray Acura. Since he lives in Illinois, he made his own arrangements to have the vehicle picked up and sent to his residence. Delray Acura did not set this up, but just facilitated this action as a courtesy. Due to the registration being done out of state, in IL., the DMV took longer than expected. The sales personnel tried to be helpful when we bought our Acura RDX. The service department is terrible. They do not answer the phone, They have only one service that can work on Acura. We had a safety issue and couldn't get an appointment for 1 week. We called the dealer in Pompano Berach and they saw us right away and fixed it in 5 minutes. The service person at the Delray dealer was very nice

Attempted to charge nearly $2,000 more than Acura Financial Services on the Lease Buyout. $28,918.99 payoff amount (incl taxes) on the Acura Financial Services website vs. $31,047.06 on the payoff quote at Delray Acura. I wouldn't mind paying a fee for paperwork, but this is outrageous. Be careful.

After a year (literally a year) of fighting to get my 2020 MDX fixed with a simple warranty issue I finally got it scheduled to go get fixed. The service tech Alex has been great I don’t mean for this to reflect on him however this new ownership for the dealership is proving to be just as terrible as the previous one. Had a 1pm appointment for an oil change. It is now 530 pm and the car is still not ready. There is no customer service not 1 time in the 4 hours before the oil change was done did I even get the courtesy of any type of update. I have never waited over 4 hours for an oil change. Never bringing the car back here
