When it come to customer service I would head somewhere else. I am embarrassed to have spent my entire savings on a vehicle from these people. Between phone calls to GM and one person after another giving me the run around I will never purchase another Chevy vehicle for the way I was treated through this dealership. This place needs to take a big step back when it comes to customer service. Please do better for the next person.

They will nickel and dime you for every penny they can! Been a loyal customer for a decade plus and they couldn’t even eat $130 on a warranty conversion after I spent over $10,000 in their body shop a month ago! Ridiculous, I will not go back again!
I have been dealing with Denny Menholt Nissan for a few years and they have always been great to work with. I wanted look at a couple vehicles that were on the Chevy lot and so yesterday went to Chevy lot instead of the Nissan lot. I would NOT recommend going to their Chevy Lot. Would not recommend this dealership! They have been very unprofessional and very untrustworthy to deal with! Because they rushed the sale and did not do the proper process it has cost me more! Do not buy A vehicle from them!
I have had great experience in the past with Tony but this time it was horrible with a different person. Not the sales person but the hoops I went through. Waited 3 weeks for my car, work was done poor and not correct because of a claim from previous owner, not my fault. So car back in shop for a week. Title sent to old house because my information I gave once updated. And finance guy tried to slip a extra $50” for protection after I said no. Menholt has became shady!!! I had originally told myself that I wasn’t going to put my experience out there to the public after dealing with Denny Menholt Chevrolet. If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would choose. I stopped by to ask about a vehicle in transit and wanted to make a deal before it arrived. After I balked at their first trade value offer, I never heard back again after 4 attempts. Luckily Ressler in Bozeman had a similar truck. I’d highly recommend making the short drive!
