I would have to say that my overall experience with Denny Menholt has many more downs than ups to it. I started working with Denny Menholt Butte office on a 2008 Tahoe that I had found online. We had the deal all set up and was to meet in Billings to finish it and late the afternoon before we were to meet, the salesman found several things that weren't right and we wouldn't be able to finish the deal as scheduled. I wouldn't even give them one star if it didn't make me. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I got in an accident and unfortunately chose Chevy to fix it because that's where I bought the car from, brand new, and it is still not fixed three months later! It was just a side swipe and they were supposed to have it completed in July but when we got it back it still had a large amount of the damage and then some. Unprofessional. You could hear the salesmen talking about inappropriate stuff/ language. Do not buy a car through them. I bought a car through them and I now cannot get out of it. I'm $9,000 upside down thanks to them. They take advantage of young people. I payed for tinting with my loan and they scheduled a time twice and they never picked up my car then I went to complain and they told me that they'd be at my work to pick it up and fill my gas up to compensate for the hassle, they never not once filled my tank up. Will never darken the doors of this dealership again! The most inconsiderate business I have ever done business with!! So helpful when they see a sale, but that's the only time!
Pushy salespeople, awful service dept. Even with an appt always keep rig all day. Damaged our vehicle and tried to hide it.
