Just had the vehicle we said we wanted sold out from under us in less than 24 hours...pretty crappy customer service. I even told the guy i was getting an insurance price. Congratulations on losing my business and will never be referring anyone there again. Such a dissappointmet!
Bad service. They told me and my husband that we could get a truck though them and lied about the price. How messed up
I have never been so disrespected by a group of people in my life. They treated me horribly and did not hold up their end of the deal which was in writing. I had to threaten a lawsuit in order to for them to unwind the deal and get my car back. When I did receive my car back it had a bunch of warning lights on that we're not there previously. When I told them about the lights they said I was lying and to leave the premises. Please anyone buying a vehicle don't do it from these people they are snakes in the grass.
Paid 65,000 for a new dually high country. Love my truck! But service at Denny Meinholt is lacking. Even MasterLube will vacuum and do your windows with a service. Not Denny! They give you a coupon for exterior car wash at Don's but they don't do Dual wheeled trucks.
I bought a car from them in April 2014 in August I was having transmission problems. Well took it in and they all just told me I was lying. Well after 5 months of fighting with them my transmission want out. When they had it I wanted all my recalls fixed and they refused to do so. Well then when I signed for extra warranty they told me it started after my factory warranty was done. Well it didnt. I will never go there to buy another car or recommend anyone
I brought my 2004 Chevy truck to them to have the a/c fixed. Cost about $1600. Had bring it back in 3 times because it never worked right. I dealt with Gus Gustafson and he told me they put in bad parts. I didn't want to bring the truck in a 4th time so I traded the truck in at Lithia and they have treated me great at Lithia ever since. I tried to get a refund since they didnt actually fix anything, however the only response Gus had was to bring the truck back in. The service management ( not technician) wouldn't even call me back after I found out my car was broken into while at their dealership...oh yeah, and I found out from the police...two days later!
