It would have been nice to let me know the oil change was done and not left me sitting in the lounge.
Walked into the service center and talked to Darryl. I told him I found a update for my truck and would like that done when I get my oil change done if that was possible. He scoffed and tried to tell me there was no update when I had a service bulletin number after arguing I walked over to Shawn who wrote my work order for the oil change. He said he would take a look. Sold me a 25k truck. Needed the AC fixed and spark plugs. Say they had a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. They charged me 50 bucks Which is a good deal for spark plugs and a AC recharge. But come on I had the truck for a week and spent 25k. Over $50 I'll never be returning. And on top of that. Engine shake I complained about. Still isn't fixed
If u want to be lied to, bent over with no grease, by not just a sales "girl" BUT also management , guess then this is the place u should go! Personally we will never buy another vehicle, nor will we ever refer anyone there again! Jerk offs!!!!
Terrible Service Department!!! No one came to greet us at the door, I was refused a simple service of rotating tires because "we don't work on duallys anymore." Service Rep. Darryl was awful at communication over the phone. To start he wrote my phone number down wrong TWICE! He had a copy of a receipt with my correct number on it in his possession but failed to check it. I now understand the negative reviews! I gave them one star because that is the only way that I could write a review. I wish I would have taken heed to the negative reviews. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. These are the most dishonest people that I have ever met! These people sold us a vehicle and we were told that the taxes were included in the financing. We live in Wyoming so they delivered the vehicle to us upon their insistence because we were going to pick it up. They brought the vehicle to us. While sig... read more
After 20 years and too many vehicles to count.. I wont be back... they have some good people (Roscoe & Guss) but DM policies are well lets just say not customer service based. I wish all the best.
I purchased a 2011 Dodge Durango on November 1st 2016 with the agreement that previous body damage would be fixed. I brought the vehicle in on 12/5 and the body shop had it the entire week. When I picked it up on 12/9 my check engine light was on so they hooked it up and said it looked like my thermostat...I had barely had the vehicle 1 mth before something went wrong.
