Dreadful experience with the insurance person; terrible communicator and practicing deceit by not giving a price on a simple night guard intill I was in the dental chair and then disputes what my insurance told me TWICE!
Not a good experience because they never checked my ins to ensure coverage and when my wife called the office mgr she never apologized. On the contrary, she made it as though she was doing us a favor
The office made this appt months ago. When I arrived I was informed that I met my max benefit and that the svcs provided today would be out of pocket. I asked how much your office said $150. I said I was not willing to pay and that I would just wait till next year. The front desk person spoke with someone (I'm assuming the office mgr) came back & said that's ok we'll see you.
