Ignorant time wasting staff. If can tolerate amateur office policies and procedures that option is available. By the time you get dental treatment teeth will fall out by themselves. That's what these characters want to prep for. Expensive options instead of restoration and saving original teeth. Their sales pitch for transplants, veneers and other money makers no matter what.

I had to request flossing during my cleaning, which I thought was part of the cleaning. I floss regularly, but it’s more effective when my wires are off. Ortho wire was placed under one of the brackets instead of on top so it caused tooth pain overnight (wire was pulling tooth up) and had to take off work the following day to have ortho office reposition wire, before leaving town for the week. In future I will go to ortho office before/after cleanings, but I was told that wasn’t necessary when I booked my cleaning.

Dishonest dental office! Dentist attempts to sell costly treatment options instead of patients actual needs which can be effectively taken care of by restoring teeth not replacing them at inflated costs of $1,000's of dollars. I found a local experienced older dentist who did the right treatment for a fraction of this high flying operation's price. SCAMMING DENTISTS ! STAY AWAY!

First receptionist we encountered at the front was not very helpful in rescheduling an appointment. I believe it was the end of her shift. Her replacement was much friendlier. My daughter stated that the technician who was working on her teeth kept having a conversation with another technician about another patient's behavior. Also, she said that he expressed dislike for what he was doing. Inconsistent doctors . Yesterday when I went in I was seen by another physician. When I shared with her about the inconsistency with different doctors. She than stepped out a few minutes later Ms. Julie came in and introduce herself and apologize for the service as far as another physician seeing me instead of my normal doctor. I was then prompt to meet with Ms.Lana which is the treatment plan coordinator Ms.Lana reported that I would need a fill-in for one of my teeth. I was unhappy that my scheduled appointment time was not honored. My original appointment time slot was for 3:00pm & 3:30pm. I was asked if I mind being moved to a later time, which I agreed (4:30pm & 5pm). I felt extremely insulted after watching patient who arrived after me being seviced.
