I love the doctor and the results my son is having.....but the office managment is horrible! For the last three months they say they ran my card for the payment and it was unable to take the payment. When I came in for my son's appointment they said I had a balance and my son wouldn't be seen until it was paid. I never received a call informing me that the payment was not taken out. I have been a patient for years and I referred many people to Dental Options. However, yesterday I felt that they wanted to charge me for unnecessary services. On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, I went for a cleaning and while the dental hygienist was flossing my teeth she accidentally pulled a crown that I have on the button left side of my mouth. My appointment was at 11am. At 11:20am I checked with receptionist how much longer, she told me 15 mins, but I did not see the hygienist till 11:45. Also, not sure if it is the placement of the water extractor or what, but water from my mouth leaked out a few times.

No discretion from the front house staff. Bad experience, wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to feel embarrassed for having work done their.

Ignorant time wasting staff. If can tolerate amateur office policies and procedures that option is available. By the time you get dental treatment teeth will fall out by themselves. That's what these characters want to prep for. Expensive options instead of restoration and saving original teeth. Their sales pitch for transplants, veneers and other money makers no matter what.

I had to request flossing during my cleaning, which I thought was part of the cleaning. I floss regularly, but it’s more effective when my wires are off. Ortho wire was placed under one of the brackets instead of on top so it caused tooth pain overnight (wire was pulling tooth up) and had to take off work the following day to have ortho office reposition wire, before leaving town for the week. In future I will go to ortho office before/after cleanings, but I was told that wasn’t necessary when I booked my cleaning.

Dishonest dental office! Dentist attempts to sell costly treatment options instead of patients actual needs which can be effectively taken care of by restoring teeth not replacing them at inflated costs of $1,000's of dollars. I found a local experienced older dentist who did the right treatment for a fraction of this high flying operation's price. SCAMMING DENTISTS ! STAY AWAY!
