First receptionist we encountered at the front was not very helpful in rescheduling an appointment. I believe it was the end of her shift. Her replacement was much friendlier. My daughter stated that the technician who was working on her teeth kept having a conversation with another technician about another patient's behavior. Inconsistent doctors . Yesterday when I went in I was seen by another physician. When I shared with her about the inconsistency with different doctors. She than stepped out a few minutes later Ms. Julie came in and introduce herself and apologize for the service as far as another physician seeing me instead of my normal doctor. I was then prompt to meet with Ms.Lana which is the treatment plan coordinator Ms.Lana reported that I would need a fill-in for one of my teeth. I was unhappy that my scheduled appointment time was not honored. My original appointment time slot was for 3:00pm & 3:30pm. I was asked if I mind being moved to a later time, which I agreed (4:30pm & 5pm). I felt extremely insulted after watching patient who arrived after me being seviced. Once I asked why haven't I been seen yet and pointed out that others who signed in after me went before me was when I was acknowledged. Ten minutes later I was called to the back. La atencion fue buena, pero jamas me explicaron que las extracxiones cobrarian 267 dolares por pieza teniendo seguro, porque los dentistas no sacan las piezas solo la saca el.cirujano. eso deberian de explicarlo las 3 piezas eran 801 dolar que no tengo para pagar y perdi el tiempo y el viaje.

My appointment was at 4:30 pm so I arrived a little before 4:00 pm. At about 5 pm I asked when will the doctor see me? The reception said in a little while. At about 5:25 pm I was walked to an office. which I think was the Financial administrative officer. I was there for cleaning and x ray that was free of charge with my insurance and i had to pay $15 for the office visit i end up paying $47 i paid $32 and my balance still $15 because i didn't know i had to pay more .
