PLEASE assign me to thr lady that cleaned my teeth last Monday... She was awesome...
Staff service always good. Disappointed with hygienist; cleaning not thorough. Wasted time and money. Will request previous hygienist if she's available. Better with patient and more thorough.

They are all about the money and not the patients!!! They never give you a head up about your balance until you get your next visit!!!!!

Why didn't I receive a treatment plan from the insurance company?
My experience with Dental Option was horrible. It is all about money. This was my last visit. I would never recommend a friend or a family member to that office. In fact, I have some family who are affiliated with Dental Option. I will discourage them from going to that office.

Dr Mario was fine but the Hygienist Shelia was so late getting to me. Then they told me in reception I would have a diffent hygienist but that ever happened. Shelia was very rough & messy! Not a pleasant experience after waiting for an hour!! I won't do that ever again.

This dentist office is completely all about money and have no compassion for people or any problems that you may be having. They don't make you feel welcome or anything. They just called my name, did xrays, than told me a price. Especially the financial lady LESLHY BOZA. She made me feel horrible. She just broke down the money that I needed for a deep cleaning and that was it. I was explaining to her that I understand I need a deep cleaning but I don't just have a $976 sitting around.I clearly need time to gather the money. ... read more
