I came for a cleaning at 2:45 which didn't start until after 4:00. Which took up more time then I had alloted and made me late taking a friend to work. The first hour or so was spent on x-rays and trying to sell me a cosmetic dental package to the tune of $2,000 to $4,000. Not enough time was spent on talking to me about different options related to my infected tooth.....I was dissapointed.

The doctor yow is very rude an staff is unorganized I am very unsatisfied with my results and no one cares I’ve been a patient for over 5 years! I’m disgusted!

Your receptionist was rude , I come to the clinic after I sign in she call my name sir your cancel we can see you today I ask her I not sure what’s u said is correct pls verify because I know I have insurance after she healing on me sit I will verify it again 5 minutes later she call me to the counter tell me you have no insurance while I was on the phone with my insurance they are confirm my policy still active I ask them to send me a copy on my policy to her I’m not coming back to this place because of her not have any res... read more

The dentist is too rough, my so rough my gums bleed and were very tender and sire when she got, I intend to ket her know this when I returned next, I am not there to be tortured

Lana wants to raise my deep cleaning fee from 70 plus 15 to 110. Florida blue dental isurance said they have no such request. They said the 70 was all inclusive not including office visit charge. There must be some misunderstanding on my part in all this

Good evening, I love Dr.Yao she is great and even Donald he has done my attachments two different times and I was very pleased he is a very good dental assistant. However I am not so pleased with other people working there. I talked to 3 different people, explaining I had work today and I wanted to be the first one seen today. the cleaning was phenomenal. I am tired of the book keeping skills or lack thereof. I was told that there is a bill from 2017 again after paying a bill in march or April for 2017. I need answers as to why this is not done in a timely manner.
