Sean and his team were very professional, patient in answering all our questions, helpful, and did a good job. My situation was a little bit complicated and Sean got Andrew, the owner, involved. Andrew was very responsive, patient, and helpful as well. It did take some time, but it in the end, Dependable Rooter and Plumbing was dependable. Everything went very well. This company seems to place a high priority on customer service and satisfaction. From the sympathetic lady who took my original call, to the owner of the company, who gave me his card and told me to "call any time if I had questions", to the team that did the actual work, everyone treated me very well. GREAT! Very punctual. Phillip was very nice. Would definitely use Dependable Rooter and Plumbing again. Cloths washer drain was clogged. Wanted the drain snaked.

Problem solved and since no parts were replaced and the work required only 15 mins, Shawn the plumber did not charge anything due to Angies list reference. Shawn actually used one of my metal hangers to create a snake and pulled out debris after opening the pop-up. I'd recommend them anyday, easy to converse with and came on time. The only slight blemish was a pre-notification 30 mins prior to arrival with a phone call/text which was promised but never delivered. Needed a new valve and it was a unique one but he went out and got it. I am happy that he went to the extent of getting the right parts. The price is inclusive of parts and it was a reasonable deal with the 99 for 200 offer. Otherwise I'd consider this (and all plumbing jobs) expensive. Low pressure for hot water in bathroom

I only dealt with the scheduler but they were very professional, enough so that I will call them again in the future. Needed help with the water heater. Didn't get to use them but I will next time.

Well. True to their name, they were very dependable. Responded quickly and very considerate and informed. Good experience. Rooter job in one bathroom and re-bolt toilet to floor in other bathroom.

very good! Job was done well but I believe the price for the small job was way too high!! replace a water faucet and drain water heater
