For a new hotel, was not as modern as a new hotel. Door wouldn't shut. Bathroom door on wrong side of wall, blocked access to shower. Only one charger port. My room was next to the electrical room and the wall literally shook loudly not allowing me a goodnight sheep. When I informed the staff I was prettu much told to suck it up. No accommodations, no room change, no refund, no apology, no offers of perks. I sleeped mostly in the lobby and finally went to sleep in room 207 while my bed vibrated all night long. Casino staff was rude. Food onsite was very limited with no gluten free options. Room where very nice as usual we have stayed there every year for a national billiards event we compete in. They may change after this trip
The room was amazing however my expectations for the hotel and accommodations were not exceeded. There were no basic amenities in the hotel or in the room such as ironing board or microwave. The restaurants on site closed too early for guest that returned to the hotel after late hours at work. I voiced my concerns each day with me inquiring about a few things. Property was super clean, nice, the hotel rooms were quiet, however the hot water took way too long to actually turn hot and the front desk was less than friendly
The hotel was very updated and clean it was very nice room unfortunately however the lady that checked us in was very rude and snotty she had dark brown hair and a red jacket on I was trying to inquire per the advertisement about champagne service and the lady was just ugly she was very snotty like I was supposed to know
