If you book through a second party (Orbitz) they don’t tell you that you have to be 21 years old to stay in any room on the property. I tried to check in with my 18 year old son and the person at the front desk suggested that I should get him a room at the Red Roof Inn down the street and I could stay there without him. Unacceptable

Nothing like getting to our hotel, couldn’t get in our room, house keeping lets us in, someone’s stuff was in there. Back to the front desk, they go to change our room, I said, there was a sign on that door that you’re trying to move us to. They move us floors. We’re getting ready to go to the casino, someone comes right in our hotel room that they just moved us too. Funny thing, come to find out, it was the same individuals from the first room. Prepaid for room through Expedia. Arrived at 5am due to delayed flights. Was told we arrived too late, books for day closed. Asked if I could rent for current time, still checking out at 11:00am, told I can’t check in until 4:00pm. I paid for the room from 4:00pm-11:00am the following day. Why couldn’t I have the room? Security guard was even shocked. I returned to the desk for information as to whom I could contact for complaint. A manager was then present and just handed me a business card. Customer service at counter was rude. I was traveling with my wife and younger daughter (21 yrs old). We all have Id's - however I had accidentally lost mine during the trip. (Or so, I thought I had). Upon arrival, the lady at front desk asked for all quest id's. To which, I explained my situation. And with bo hesitation, or any sign of politeness- she simply said - "well then you cannot stay here". Not good, not good at all. Don’t go if you don’t want to play slot machines There is absolutely nothing to do there if you don’t want to play slot machines - no pool, no gym etc. etc.
