Get directionsThe facility was nice as far as casinos go, however there was no housekeeping at all.. In my many years of traveling to multiple hotels, never have i ever spent a weekend where i had 0 house keeping. Nothing was replenished daily.. no towels, wash cloths, water NOTHING.. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights! I had to call for new towels and they say they didn’t have any more but eventually brought me some in a plastic bag! Very poor service and i will not be coming back!

My husband had his wallet stolen on this trip. When we arrived at the hotel he was not allowed to stay on property without id even though i had mine. The staff showed no empathy whatsoever. We had a photo of his license, a police report and a temporary license. But we had to sit and call Expedia for a refund and find another hotel. Very disappointing!
