The property was fantastic . The room was also fantastic until it got cold out aide and you couldn't adjust the heat in the room. Plus the water never got hot in the showers after i was told by frint desk it sometimes takes a few mins we let it run for 30 mins no hot water room was freezing they also control the temp i. Ur room.

The shower in my room would only heat to lukewarm. The very nice front desk employee gave me a temporary key to another room, and it had the same problem. When I tried to dry my hair, the hair dryer provided by the hotel blew a fuse.

This hotel was new and very clean with an outstanding staff. I rated it poor because we had no control over the air conditioning in our room. The management in this hotel controlled the room and shower temperature. There was also a weird thing with the electrical power around the bed. For example, if you wanted turn on the lamps and charging stations near the bed, the light had to be on near the door. Gaming sucked and unfriendly staff. Unfriendy Staff at hotel. Bar staff was great and very friendly. Gaming section was a drag and front desk clerk going into gaming section was NOT friendly at all!
