Derek is always a pleasure to work with. I've known him for several years now and anyone that I know of that is looking to purchase a property I always refer them to Derek. He takes the time to answer questions and really cares about his clients. It's nice that he stayed in touch with us long after we've purchased our properties going through him and his team.

Derek was incredibly responsive and professional, but most of all h is someone who cares and whom you can trust. He made the whole process easy, answered all of my questions ( I had a lot ) and guided me in the direction that I needed to go. His team is knowledgeable, on point, and very patient as well. I have worked with Derek Parent and his staff several times. Each time has been a pleasure. Derek is very professional and answers all questions promptly. Throughout the closing process Derek was especially helpful while answering all of my questions and responding to my concerns. He was very patient leading us through the mountains of paperwork required for our loan. Derek is always very approachable. The loan process went smoothly, and all of the staff were very helpful. I'm 22 years old and they helped me find a realtor, and helped me with everything. The process was very easy through them, and if I want to buy another house I will surely go with them again. I now live in an amazing house because of them and I am truly great full towards them. Because of them I can afford a house at a very affordable rate, with not a very high interest rate.

It was a great pleasure to work with NFM Lending from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable and informative. I loved that my loan officer was available to me day or night. He would always respond to any questions or concerns immediately. And the closing process was very quick and easy. They worked fast to get me into my new house so I could start making it a home.

Highly recommended and his staff. Great help. Very satisfied with all the work. Will chose to do loans with them if ever again. Does a good job and professional. I had hard time doing loans with other company but they made it possible for me. The loan process went smoothly. Really happy with the loan processing. Great staff to work with easily to contact.
