Derek was amazing!! He and his team made the buying process such a breeze. Coming from the New York area, my husband and myself were expecting a long and ongoing process. It was just the opposite. Derek and his team (Mikayla) stayed on top of everything and the entire process from putting an offer in, to the closing date took less then 1 month. Great experience and I would definitely use them in the future for any other home purchases!!

When I first decided to purchase a house and chose the Las Vegas region, I truly thought this was going to be a six month "ordeal." Probably one of the best relationships that I have ever had with a lender. The people in this office are wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgable and made me feel like part of the family. I was kept up to date on anything that was going on....step by step. It was a stress free experience. Have already recommended them to my friends!

Thank you to the staff of Derek Parent at NFM Lending. I was dreading this process due to all the legal modalities, paperwork, reading and signing documents. But the staff of Derek Parent was an exceptional experience. His staff was professionally curtious, friendly, always went above and beyond their duties to help me get the house of my dreams!

Derek paid great attention to everything that was happening. Even though none of us enjoy going through financing a home Derek helped make the process much more tolerable. This was a great recommendation for a service agency recommended by my Realtor. Also the Office staff and especially Melissa was extremely helpful and kept in close contact with me. I would highly recommend this company to help with any home finance.
