The purchase of our home was easier than expected. We closed escrow before expected therefore got out of the bad area we were living in which made me happy. There was a lot of documentation that needed to be provided by me which was stressful at times but the team kept up with me and made it as easy as they could with email or fax options. I only had to visit the office twice which was nice. All in all a good experience although buying a house is stressful regardless of who you are I believe.
I had nfm lending help me with an FHA loan. From the time I started the process till closing was only about 3 weeks! Everyone was very professional,knowledgeable,friendly and fast. There was always someone available to answer any questions I had. If I ever need to get another mortgage. I will definitely use NFM lending.
I was a first time homebuyer and didnt know anything about anything. The NFM team was very helpful in explaining things to me and making the whole home-buying process stress-free as possible.
