I Got A Wonderful Service With You Guys. I really Appreciate How You Guys Got Me What I Need In A Short Time. When They Appointed Me They're On Time. Derek and his team exceeded all of me and my wife's expectations. Initial meeting with Derek in the beginning went beyond 30 minutes to just to get to know one another, family, where you from, etc, no pressure and we really appreciated that approach. All the staff was very courteous and helpful.

My experiences was above my expectations. The staff was great and very respectful. The staff remained in contact with me throughout the entire process. I would recommend Dereck to anodyne looking to refinance. I will be in the market for a new home in the next year and will use Derecks services to make that purchase

Derek Parent was very in formative. He explained everything so we could understand. His company was very polite an intentive. He was very nice and considerate. i give praise to his company and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.

I only met Derek once. It turned out to be the only time we needed to meet. He and his staff had everything so in order before I arrived, there was nothing left to do but sign papers. Derek made sure everything from tax information to employment to 401K to bank statement information was all gathered before hand, (not like the last time I bought a house). In fact the one thing that was missing (I believe it was the terms of condition for my 401K transfer) was found by one his very capable staff, on the back of one of the page... read more
