My appointment was at 3:30pm. I did not get seen by Dr. Levy until 4:30. After 1 hr of waiting, Dr. Levy only saw me for about 5 minutes. He prescribed me acne medication with no explanation. He was also quick to point out certain marks on my skin, in which he would use long medical terms to describe to the assistant. When I asked what he was talking about or if I should be concerned, his response was, "Oh, it's just simple dermatology stuff." I also had a few skin tags on my underarms that I wanted to ask about. The PA was more interested in telling me what she could not do, than what she could. She told me that scraping off a micron or two of wart with a razor blade would cost #100, so did I want that? (No.) General feeling of grudging unwillingness on her part. Then she asked me my dogs' names and other transparent ploys in order to sound as if we had become FRIENDS, or some hypocritical thing.

My experience was very unpleasant at this office. The front desk is rude and could care less about you and what you need (it's almost like that lack people skills). I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time and no one apologized or seemed to care. When I did finally see the dermatologist, she rushed through the appointment and just wrote me some prescriptions not taking into consideration I have sensitive skin and I can't use very strong medications. I will never come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
I don't know why this Physician's Assistant (which is all they are) would take an appointment on a referral without reviewing the patient's diagnosis. I wasted time and who knows how much money to have my prior diagnosis reiterated with no insight. My condition is not treatable, a fact which was confirmed as soon as I informed him what my prior diagnosis was. They had not reviewed my history, which would have shown the diagnosis and would have shown them that there would be no reason to see me because they had no way to help... read more

I waited for a half hour before going back to front desk too inquire. Heather later told me that they did not pull my file and she didn't know I was there.
The billing staff is so kind and pleasant...I almost enjoy paying my bill.
