The front desk staff made me feel like I was an interruption in their day. The MA did not appear to know what she was doing which made me nervous about my visit. Heather, the PA, however, was wonderful. I would come see her again if she was in a different office. Just being honest with you...
I had a mole removed from my face because it was growing larger. Pain was less than being pricked for a blood test. I wouldn't hesitate to have another mole removed by at this clinic.
My visit and procedure went very well and was over in minutes. I am very pleased I changed to your clinic.
The rash on my right leg seems to be subsiding and if it does not clear up by next week, we may be calling you back. This morning my foot was swollen and itr was hard to lift my right leg very far off of the floor. Paul
Dr. Levy did not really ask how I developed my skin condition, which I had several months before I started to treat it on my own incorrectly. I feel he did not explain my skin condition, how to prevent it from flaring up, what products I could use once my flare up was gone, and how to change my lifestyle if necessary to prevent flare ups. In fact, my skin condition is 3 times as worse and painful now that I am treating it as prescribed by Dr. Levy, which would be more bearable if I knew that this is what is supposed to happe... read more
I was instructed twice to be to my appointment 10 minutes early, and I complied. I then waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before seeing the doctor. I appreciate that he is very important, but our time has value as well.

I was unable to be seen by the dermatologist that I made my appt with, because they were running so far behind I had to leave for an previous scheduled commitment.
The air is not a friendly atmosphere. I almost left, but I was desperate to find out what the rash was on my cheeks. The Doctor I saw didn't really look at my face. He just said looks like rosacea asked me a few questions, gave me a sample packet with a 25% discount which isn't really a saving at all considering how much the crème is!
