The first time I had to call for service was Christmas day. My furnace had stopped working. I called they came over and found the problem and fixed it. The cost was really reasonable, and I didn't have to pay extra for it being a holiday. The next time was this summer when it was hot and humid my air conditioning broke down. On January 15th, 2010, (it was a Friday night) I called you in a panic regarding a nonworking furnace at a rental property of mine. You came out as soon as you could with absolutely no complaint or attitude. WOW! That is so refreshing! Unfortunately, the part the furnace needed could not be gotten until Monday.
