We purchased an older home and had to have a rather large and cumbersome furnace removed and replaced. After calling around Des Moines Heating and Cooling offered the best deal. It was refreshing to deal with a company that was affordable AND reliable. They just went above and beyond our expecations.
I don't go all out for praising someone for doing what is expected, but the staff at Des Moines Heating and Cooling does a fine job. I've been very pleased with the service from the people on the phones to the people that help maintain my unit.
Tim came to tune and clean my central air. He was friendly and chatted with me while keeping his nose to the grind. The office staff is very nice, but this young man's demeanor and professionalism just blew me away!
We are always very satisfied with the work they do maintaining our heat and air. The office staff is pleasant and the technicians that come to our home are professional.
