Our AC unit went out during a hot week in May. We quoted several companies and DSM Heating and Cooling was the best price - and they came out the next day. The men who came to install were extremely courteous and were obviously experienced in AC/furnace installation. They were considerate to both me and my home. Thank you for the professionalism and the customer service we received from Des Moines Heating and Cooling. Our Heating unit went out on a cold weekend. We have had 12 people from many different company's give us estimates and price ranges for the replacement. Yet, Des Moines Heating and Cooling cost was in our price range. We thank you for the Timely manner and Great work they preformed for replacing the unit. Even taking the time to Educate us with the new system. We can't thank you enough. Thank you

I contacted Des Moines Heating and Cooling for a price quote to replace the furnace blower. They responded quickly with a price that included all costs. They installed the new blower that night and I was so impressed, I signed up for the annual maintenance package (which is a good value too).

Craig at DSM Heating and Cooling went out of his way to work around my busy work schedule to come to our home and give a price quote on new central ac and furnace. He was obviously highly experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of air conditioners and furnaces and took the time to explain so I would understand. The install crew was outstanding and thorough. I met Craig at a neighborhood meeting and discusssed a new furnace for my tenent that lives in my upstairs apt.. Craig stopped by and explained to me exactly what would be involved. Priced it out and gave me the starting date. I hired his company and was extremely pleased by the professionalism of his installers. Looking forward to working with his company in the future.

Our furnace went out on us a few days ago and my husband just thumbed through the telephone directory searching. We found Des Moines Heating and Cooling. Called and they were there the same day. Took them 1 and 1/2 days to completely install our new Lenox furnace. The installers were friendly, efficient and did everything absolutely perfect. I would recommend them highly. We are so happy we called.

We only had to wait a few hours for someone to come over and fix our furnace even though we called at 5pm. The serviceman was very polite and got it up and running quick.
