I decided on DMHC because of the BBB rating and the professional appearance of the website. I'm very pleased with my decision. They say you can't judge a book by it's cover but this webpage is a very good representation of the service and professionalism that it's employees practice.

I just wanted to let someone know that I really appreciate the fact that you called me to remind me that it was time for my a/c tune up. I'm out of town often, so when I am home, these are things that I just don't take the time to remember. Thanks.

The guy that came out was a really nice guy and did a good job. But what I'm most impressed with is the fact that I had questioned something in the billing. The lady I spoke to in the office was very nice and had answers for me in less than an hour. There was in fact a charge that was not meant to be on my bill but the remedied the situation as soon as it was brought to their attention. VERY IMPRESSED with the kindness, professionalism, and honest! Service is as refreshing as the air from my A/C!!

My air conditioner wasn't working very well and a neighbor of mine told me about Des Moines Heating and Cooling. The guy that came out was very cool. My filter was filthy and there were a few other things that needed some attention, but I now understand why I need to have my unit tuned up and cleaned on a regular basis. Rates were really reasonable too! My neighbor referred them to me, so I am going to pass it on!

My husband and I have been with Des Moines Heating and Cooling for several years now. After having them do some work at our home, we decided to use them for our business as well. They have always been respectful and they have never steered us wrong. They make sure we understand what work was done and if there are issues they address them immediately. We sure do recommend them to anyone who has need for their services.

Very efficient group. I hate getting those calls that you just know are going to be someone trying to sell you something. So when they called to remind me that it was time to get my air conditioner serviced, I was very grateful. I don't think about those things. Your supposed to turn it on and its supposed to work. These guys take care of us. They were on time, they got right to work, asked if I had questions or concerns, and that was that. I appreciate the service guys!

I found these guys in the yellow pages last year so they were my call again. It was one of those things were I had to call after hours, but the guy was still really cool about it. I appreciated that. Thanks man!

Referred to Des Moines Heating and Cooling through a friend. The gentleman that came out was a nice guy and even informed me of a few money saving tips that previous company neglected to mention.
