The wait time was very long. Came in for an X-ray and was there for almost 3 hours. Scheduled an appointment for my mammo with ultra sound and DR scheduled me for July!?!? Don’t know what their appointments look like, but this seems a little out there. The techs were very nice and actually the X-ray only took about 3 minutes.
No respect for patients time. The open use of cellphone by employees whole many patients is awaiting check-in.Rude.
Mammo was delayed after 30 minute wait -another 30 minutes. something aboout nobody to read image.
They forgot about for over an hour after a mammography
Wynn doesn’t have a weight bearing x ray machine. I had to go to Cathedral Rock and do more waiting. The electronic orders Wynn sent didn’t show the full order, however the X-ray technician took both weight and non weight bearing. After all of this the technician told me none of the Desert Radiology has a weight bearing x ray ray machine.
Upon arrival I was told the wait would be about 20 minutes for a walk in X-ray. I had another appointment over an hour and a half later. Fast forward an hour and a half later. Past my appointment time I was finally able to leave. There was some delay about some low or dead battery. I had informed the tech of my rush. Very unpleasant experience
I think they forgot me after I checked in. I was waiting to be called and did not get called to initial the papers for about 30 minutes I believe. Then I got called by the US tech right after. I was in line at 10: 55 for my 11:10 US appointment. I got checked in at 11:05.
Staff is pleasant and helpful but the wait time is not efficient. The initial sign in at the front desk was approximately 10 minutes which is acceptable but the next sign in for the exam itself was over 30 minutes which made me late for my appointment.
X-ray was STAT and was not read until5 days later. I am extremely upset about this. Being a retired nurse I do not understand the error you made!
