Had to drink barium when it was not required for my CT scan w/w/o contrast. First I was told I didn’t need it then was told I did
No online Patient Portal. It has been 4 days and I’m still waiting on results. Other Radiology provide online access as soon as Radiologist is finished
The diagnostic tech should not be a tech she should be a police woman, very rude, need to respect elders and need to be friendly with patients, if I could have asked for another tech I could’ve but I do this for the request of my doctor who I have been with for more than a decade. GIVE THAT WOMAN TRAINING TO RESPECT PATIENTS!!!!!!
Double charged for the Copay. I showed them on my phone the the Copay was processed but the manager insisted that it did not go through on their end.

Your staff was pleasant enough, but the hour discrepancy in my appointment time was unacceptable. Furthermore, I asked for “the supervisor” to listen to the recording of the scheduling of my appointment. NO RESPONSE! That was infuriating. I booked 2 days of scans, the first day was negated over a time being wrong by an hour. But during the same phone call day 2 was scheduled correctly. My experience at the center was amazing. I’ve been trying for over an hour to access the online patient records and your app DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE CAPTCHA INPUT. WTH?!!!! Could you get that fixed?!
