Waited longer in line to ck in, because no one was at the reception. 2 people in front of me waiting The tech who preformed my mamo was pleasent and efficient
I arrived a few minutes late for appointment. The woman who checked me in was rude and said, you’re late, will have to give you another appointment. Then she called back and said” your appointment is here late, I’ll reschedule her”. Negative attitude, not trying to be helpful. They did take me. The person who did my test was very short tempered and not helpful. I had difficulty getting off the table and she ignored me and offered no help. Customer service was poor with both woman.
Ok, it was to painful to get the mammogram I think can be control the pressure
1. the check in process is slow and not efficient. 2. The result of testing is taking too long to be reasonable. It seems there is too many push around about who is in charge o the operations.. it takes 8 business so far already that it still is not ready yet for my CT scan result. Poor customer service .

The lady at the front desk was very rude and not very helpful
My appt was for 7:00 for an ultrasound and I did not get in to ultrasound room until 7:45. The lady that came to get me said they were short staffed. Needless to say I was not happy.

I experience The same problems that have always been a problem with Desert radiology, long Phone line waiting for someone to answer. Always an issue with making An appointment. When you make an appointment and Desert radiology weights till the day before your appointment to get authorization for the procedure and then they can’t get a halt of anybody and then they call and cancel your appointment and you have to wait another month to get into one that fits into your schedule.
