The Technicians were great and on time. However, your new administrative system does not appear to be very efficient. I had a mamo and bone scan and I went to suite 220. I also Needed an appt for an MRI. They took care of the paper work at suite 220 for the tests and told me that I needed to go to suite 150 for the MRI appt. I Had my tests and after that I went to suite 150 as I was told for the appt. The staff at 150 told me that that I needed to go back to suite 220 to make the MRI appt. Great- Your tech knows his shit! He’s better than the asshole doctors I go to. Okay- Not all, but a good portion are not forthright in explaining everything, what the patient needs.

It was difficult in the beginning because they trouble with my vein then a second person was called into help find help with a vein, and they had, and he ended up using a very painful vein then afterwards the girl was very sweet and helpful to me

Because I believe your repeating test that are not needed 3 monograms in 9 months is ridiculous when you tell my doctor everything is ok then why is DR repeating tests if everything is ok.

It took me the first time it I called; I was on hold for 1 1/2 hour then call hung up on me. Then I called back. I was on hold for 2 hours and 20minutes. When the call was answered, she apologized, she got me the appointments. I understand that you have busy times, but a call should not take more than 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. It’s very unprofessional.

The reception girl was rude made me sit in waiting for nearly an hour and also didn't inform that paratransit which I came there on was looking for me and was outside waiting after they spoke to her directly it was past 10.00 Pm at night I will never come to this location ever again

I can’t write what I just wrote on the survey. If a patient can’t communicate with you as a client, your system is not good!
Trying to make an appointment with you is the pits! Usually takes 20-30 minutes waiting on the phone. Once you get there it is a zoo, but an organized zoo!!

No one answers your phone and then when they do, they put you on hold for another hour..just to make an appt from your referral.. this is very frustrating when you are in desperate need of follow up service and not get anyone to answer the phone..took me two days of calls and couldn’t book anything earlier than 2 months out..this is not like DR in the past..and it’s not acceptable..now I need a biopsy, and was sent ASAP and that’s 2 weeks out again.
