Wow the phone lines for appt is horrendous…. And once u get through 1and 1:/2 hrs later you have an appt months out and at a location on the other end of the earth during traffic time and close to dinner… this is really bad for seniors/ retirees/ and ppl who have all day and have to take these appts

It’s impossible to get any calls thru phone for appointment. Via online one has to list for a return call in 3 days and then book? Go and check how Quest Diagnostics have online booking for patients? Your process is stupid and inept to drive customers in no time?

I used to go to DR but changed for a couple of years due to change in physicians. When I was sent to another doctor, he recommended going back to DR. What a disappointment! It was a real cattle call and nobody knew what was going on. I’ll be surprised if my results return without more issues.
