I called the appointment line numerous times to set up my ultrasound appointment…nobody answered the phone! The final time I called, I waited on hold for FIFTY TWO MINUTES before some overworked employee answered. I also received NO confirmation notice or reminder about my appointment. Do the doctors who own this practice realize how poorly their patients are being treated?
Well when I showed up it was a zoo. The sign is so small and no one knew what to do or where to go. I'm 68 and had problems and people older it's just terrible. So you check in and wait but so busy no seats so people in hallway old and sad. The workers would call your name so ever so soft no one could hear them. They don't even come out in the hallway to call and you can't hear them. Affraid to use the restroom you might miss your turn. The whole set up was terrible for a Healthcare place. Arrived 20 minutes early, was not called in til 40 minutes after appointment time. Technician was very professional. I think the front staff forgot or misplaced my paperwork
I have been calling for over 3 months and no one asked you telephone. That is the only complaint I have.

Your hood music is ABSOLUTELY dreadful. Working three days I had to hold for more than 3 hours totally to finally schedule an appointment. I would rather listen to elevator music then that music.
