Representative Karen Gaimari was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and cooperative to our needs for our new home. I was looking for a simple 12'x12' area rug and couldn't find many options online. I went to DeSitter flooring because I heard they could make area rugs out of carpeting. I had a very small budget, but the salesperson was still very attentive and patient. He showed me options within my range and didn't try to persuade me to buy something more expensive.
