The store is welcoming and attentive. Tim did a great job of listening to my needs and provided the aporopriate carpet selections for my needs. My room was measured and carpet was ordered and installed within a couple of weeks. Happy with the whole process.

The only place we would ever buy carpet. This time it was one of the last pieces of our second floor remodel. We ordered in mid-August and scheduled a specific mid-October installation date. Terri had several samples sent to us so we could see colors against our paint. The installers were right on time and they were amazing, so professional and hardworking, and cheerfully moved around the big pieces of furniture into different rooms at my husband’s request—they even assembled a bed that was in pieces. This is the second time we've had DeSitter install more hardwood flooring because of the trust earned, and the quality of workmanship. Our sales rep, Tim, guided us through the process and answered all questions. Scheduling was efficient with Colette. Installer Alejandro and crew were polite and meticulous, doing their best to make us satisfied. Even the carpeting adjuster was thorough. We would definitely use DeSitter again for our flooring needs.
