The store is welcoming and attentive. Tim did a great job of listening to my needs and provided the aporopriate carpet selections for my needs. My room was measured and carpet was ordered and installed within a couple of weeks. Happy with the whole process.
Wonderful customer service from start to finish with our whole house carpeting project, Everyone at DeSitter was so very kind and knowledgeable about the carpeting and the installation. Paul was a wonderful salesperson!
Good experience with Allan our salesperson. Price was better than we had expected. Delivery was adjusted easily for a problem we experienced. Installation was on time and the whole job looks great.
The only place we would ever buy carpet. This time it was one of the last pieces of our second floor remodel. We ordered in mid-August and scheduled a specific mid-October installation date. Terri had several samples sent to us so we could see colors against our paint. First time using De Sitter and I will definitely return when I need flooring. Hana was great not pushy and helped with color selection and product. Great salesperson.
This is the second time we've had DeSitter install more hardwood flooring because of the trust earned, and the quality of workmanship. Our sales rep, Tim, guided us through the process and answered all questions. Scheduling was efficient with Colette. Installer Alejandro and crew were polite and meticulous, doing their best to make us satisfied. Even the carpeting adjuster was thorough. We would definitely use DeSitter again for our flooring needs.
Refinishing of our hardwood floors was professionally done with excellent results. Can't say enough for Todd and his crew.
Our sales rep Hanna was very helpful when making our final choice on wood flooring. Our installer worked very hard to make sure that we were totally happy with the installation. Looks great!
Terry at the LaGrange store was very professional and courteous. She helped us select the perfect carpet. The installation went super well and we are extremely happy with our new carpeting!!!!!
