From the moment I walked into the store to when the carpet was installed I was informed and supported. The staff was super helpful and professional and helped us find what we needed at an affordable price. I would highly recommend DeSitter to anyone!

Karen, from the LaGrange store, was a dream to work with. We knew we wanted to change the flooring we had, but we weren't sure which direction we should go. She was very patient, asked the right questions to help narrow things down and lead us to our decisions. The product they have to offer is outstanding. They called as promised, to tell us when the carpet installers would arrive. They didn't give us this all day window, where we had to waste a whole day waiting for them.
