I worked with DeSitter in LaGrange with regard to new engineered wood flooring. The installers, Todd and Avan, were consummate professionals. Everything about the install was perfect down to the last detail. They were also fun to be around! Great job!!!

I had a great experience with DeSitter in Glen Ellyn from start to finish. I was able to take home multiple samples, try them out in my space and then get estimates for each carpet. The measurement was done within two days. The ordering and install was very prompt. The installers did a great job!

I worked with Joanne in the Glen Ellyn location and she was fabulous! Our selection process was very slow (!) and Joanne was extraordinarily patient and kept offering ideas and solutions and even made a trip to our house. Ecstatic with the finished product: new carpet in the bedrooms, sanded and refinished stairs and landings and a new runner on the stairs. People who came to do the work were very professional, very good, very efficient. Will definitely use DeSitter again!

We visited DeSitter Flooring after have gone to a couple of the box stores and having a few people come over for for a estimates. We had one room that we wanted carpeted. The sale was good and they had a large variety of carpeting to choose from. They told us that the furniture would not be moved by the installers, other wise they would have to charge a little bit extra. Went into the showroom to find a quick and inexpensive carpet for a room seldom used in our home. Found it in stock, measurer came that day and carpet was installed the following week. Beautiful work and carpet.
