We have had two great experiences with Karen at the La Grange location. She is always very knowledgable and has had the perfect solution for our needs. The first purchase was for carpet for the entire basement of our home. The installer was great and it was done quickly. Our second purchase was for an area rug in our dining room. The turnaround time was fast and the team who delivered were very helpful and friendly. We will always come to Desitter and Karen. You make our house a home. Thank you!
Excellent service and terrific selection of carpeting. Terri Maliska was very helpful and generous with her time and came to our house twice to assist in the selection process. The installers were very professional and did a great job. Our daughter and son-in-law used your service and recommended you. We could not be more pleased.
Hana--the salesperson was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Alicia-- the installation scheduler-- was accommodating and responsive to queries. The two men who did the actual installation were professional, careful with my furnishings and efficient. I would recommend the DeSitter experience highly to others.
We are very happy overall with the final result! The Coretec Plus HD plank flooring looks fabulous in our home's addition, along with the new baseboards we had installed. We had a somewhat complicated job with several layers of old fooring/underlayment, but Allan and Anthony worked with us closely--including house calls--to get the quote and job specifications outlined. All DeSitter personnel went above and beyond in their effort to satisfy me after the product I insisted upon to match previous installations by another flooring company, that DeSitter did not normally handle, was provided by the manufacturer but did not meet quality specifications. This occurred over a five month period wherein five lots of material were rejected. We had new carpet installed and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with DeSitter Flooring. Tim was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. The installers were also terrific! They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional.
