From the moment I stepped into the store in Glen Ellyn, I knew that I had made the right decision of going to DeSitter. The selection was phenomenal and the sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman who measured the room was efficient and was finished quickly and produced a perfect product. The installation crew was professional, well trained and completed the project in a timely fashion and with minimum noise. They cleaned up when the project was complete and the room was perfect when they left.
On time, installed perfectly. Clean-up was great and they even put the furniture back exactly as it was.
