We choose DeSitter over a another carpet company that had the same carpet for a cheaper price. We were not disappointed. Our salesman, Alan, was very knowledgeable and the installers were very professional. I would recommend DeSitter to anyone.

Dealing with Paul and De Sitters was a very pleasant experience for being a first time customer. Paul explained the different ways the carpet could be installed on my stairs and hallway. From the moment I stepped into the store in Glen Ellyn, I knew that I had made the right decision of going to DeSitter. The selection was phenomenal and the sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman who measured the room was efficient and was finished quickly and produced a perfect product. The installation crew was professional, well trained and completed the project in a timely fashion and with minimum noise. They cleaned up when the project was complete and the room was perfect when they left.
