From the time we walked into the showroom till the carpet was installed, very professional and helpful. The installation was very good. Will go back to DeSitter when we need to make another flooring purchase.
The whole experience was great and the installer went above and beyond to do a good job. He was quick and cleaned up after himself. He covered his feet when he came in and replaced bins in closet without being asked to. It looked and felt great and I was very impressed.
I chose DeSitter in the first instance because I had always heard good things about them. True to form, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service which I received from the time I entered the store to make a carpeting selection until the completion of installation. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

We had a great experience with DeSitter from start to finish! Paul was a wonderful salesperson who answered all of our questions. He was very patient with us through out the whole carpet selection process! Our whole house carpet was installed in 3 phases and it worked out wonderful! The installation crew did a great job! We had our Living and Dinning room done by You in 2016 and couldn’t Happier! That is why we also ordered more flooring for our Kitchen in 2018 but had it installed by our contractor due to timing considerations!
Sales Associate Allen was knowledgeable and very helpful. Carpet was delivered quickly and installers were careful. Carpet was installed very well and looks great. We will be back for our other needs.
