Paul is so nice and knowledgeable. The floor and carpet installers were very nice. I did have to have the floor guys back a few times to fit a few cracked boards, but no one gave me a problem about it and they were customer-service focused.
Salesperson, workmen showed up at scheduled time. They were very professional with there approach and estimate. Workmen were craftsmen and cleaned up area at end of day. I believe this is the 5/6 time, over the years, we have used their services. Will use again.
I went into the Glen Ellyn location 2 days before moving into a condo, asking if carpet could be installed before my furniture would be moved in. The staff was very helpful and accomadating to make it happen. Installers were very careful of walls and laminate floors. The experience could not have gone any better. Extremely pleased!!
So far this company has been amazing to work with. They have been helpful, fairly priced, friendly and very personable, as well as punctual! Everything so far has been seamless. Full install this week! Can’t wait to see our new floors. Thank you DeSitter for making this process so simple!
We were looking for a good quality area rug at a reasonable price. DeSitter had some remnants available at a deeply discounted price and was able to cut one to our size, bound edging, plus carpet pad all included! Delivered as promised and good communication. Our new area rug is beautiful, high quality, and great price - we love it! Thanks DeSitter!
DeSitter replaced the 10 year old carpet with hard wood floors. They were able to find the same shade and with of the current hardwood in the rest of our house. Joanne & Anthony were helpful in the pre install project. Jessie & his install team were on time, efficient and respectful of our home. We have used DeSitter for almost all our flooring needs in the 18 years in our home. We will continue to use them as needs arise.
DeSitter installed our master bedroom carpet and the entire upstairs shall, three bedrooms, and the staircase. The two gentlemen were efficient and quickly moved all of the heavy stuff that my husband and I couldn't manage. When finished, they replaced the furniture and took away the old carpeting and pads, which was a real bonus as it would have been difficult for us to dispose of.
