Our sales associate, Joann was great. We looked at exactly what we needed to replace our basement carpeting. The installers were prompt, furniture was moved and replaced including the pool table without problem. We were very pleased and would definitely use DeSitter again.
Allan was a knowledgeable sales associate. We appreciate all the help he gave us on the carpeting choice for our bedroom. It looks beautiful. The only disappoint we had was the cleanup by the installers. They left debris on our adjoining wood floor. We would definitely use DeSitter flooring again.
Our salesperson, Hana, was very helpful in coordinating a repair to our floor and selection and installation of carpeting. Repairmen and installers were all very prompt, neat, and professional.
Brian O'Neill was so helpful in making sure we picked out the right carpet for our needs. It was a very smooth process and delivery was right on time. Would highly recommend DeSitter for all your carpet and flooring needs!!!
Our Sales rep Terry was very personable. She answered my questions and also added information about different carpeting to help me to make a decision. I never felt pressured or like I was being talked to by a "used car saleman." The installers cams on time and did a nice job of installing our carpet too!
Tim was great to work with in the store. Knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. Installation was prompt. The gentlemen were friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend DeSitters!
Tim was very prompt and helpful and came out right away to measure after our flood. He was very helpful with the carpet choices and money saving. The installation was later than anticipated, the installers were running behind at a previous job but called to apologize and said they were running late. We do have one spot we’ve noticed is t quite right on the stairs and will be calling to have them fix it. Overall very happy with the customer service and carpet.
The sales staff and installation personnel were informative and polite. The work was done on time and with minimal disruption to the household.
Responsive, friendly and the installation crew made it a seamless process!
