Karen was so great to work with. She gave us tons of options at different price points and sold us quality stuff along the way. Will definitly use DeSitter again.
The one time (out of about 6 times0 we didn't use DeSitter, it was a bad experience. Carpet inferior, prices not competetive. Now I don't even get any other quotes. Just call DeSitter. They are the best with a good price.
I'm a returned customer and had another amazing experience. Joanne came to our home and helped us select the right rugs and make sure the size was perfect. We could not be happier and will continue to shop here in the future. Highly recommended.
Our experience with Terry was great from start to finish. She was reliable, and helpful in measuring a custom rug for us. She went through many different options with us, and answered every question we had. She even came out to help us determine what size we should buy. She made the process easy, painless, and fun :)
Couldn’t be happier with how smooth the entire process went in regards to installing carpet in our stairway and basement. Tim O’Brien was very patient with us and was very accessible whenever we had any questions!
Overall, the carpeting and installation went well and look great. There are a few knicks in the door and doorway from moving things in and out which will require touch up painting.
We just love our new carpeting! Tim O’Brien was the gentleman that helped us and he listened to what we wanted and showed us carpet that fit our needs. We just had the carpet installed today and our installers were professional, courteous and did an excellent job! We would recommend them to anyone!
The two men who brought our area rugs were terrific! They had to move a baby grand piano, and they did it beautifully. The rugs look terrific and we are very happy!
We had three bedrooms and closets and office re carpeted the two men who did the work worked ver ver hard and did a great job and were polite and efficient. The carpets look great. Great job
