Hannah at the Glen Ellyn store did an excellent job of following up and scheduling our purchase and needs.
Terry was wonderful. Especially having to go back and forth getting samples from her car on a rainy day. Knows her job. The installers were.....fast, Fast, FAST! 3.5 hours to install living room, dining room, stairs and small hallway. Cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. The new carpet? GORGEOUS! SOFT! compliments the newly painted rooms perfect. Can't say enough good things. We will be using DeSitter flooring again without hesitation.
The whole process was nearly painless. Terry and my designer Liz helped me select the right carpeting for my family room. The carpeting is beautiful, soft, and pet friendly. The installation was done quickly and could have been done even earlier had I been ready! Will happily use DeSitter again.
From consultation on types of flooring, convenience of estimate to final installation we rate a 5 star experience! Not to mention the personal attention of staff at each contact was refreshing versus the “big box discount” experience! Very satisfied and will definitely seek out DeSitters for future flooring!!
The sales and installation processes were run very professionally and now we have a great looking vinyl laminate in our basement.
Hannah at the Glen Ellyn store was very helpful and patient with me while I took home many samples of vinyl before a final decision on my part. Installation went smoothly and guys did an excellent job in a short amount of time. They moved heavy furniture and replaced when finished. We would definitely use DeSitter again,
Installation, staining, sanding and finish of our new hardwood floor was very professional. Price was reasonable as well. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend them. Been around for 100 years so you would expect this kind of service.

We had a great experience with DeSitter. Our sales rep was Hana. She was very knowledgeable and steer us into the right carpet for our family room. We have 3 dogs so we were looking for a pet friendly carpet that would hold up. The scheduling department was easy to work with. They are over loaded at this time and had to reschedule the install but that was not an issue for us. The 3 guys that installed the carpet were great.
