DeSitter did a great job installing our new wall-to-wall carpeting. The installers were friendly, efficient and took great care in moving and replacing furniture and cleaning up after they were finished. My wife and I were extremely pleased.

DeSitter replaced a kitchen floor in a 3-flat for me. I wanted to reduce sound in the unit below (impact noise, squeaking). They recommended screwing down the subfloor to eliminate squeaking, and a neoprene layer under the new floating floor. I'm very happy with how it turned out, big difference.

We started with DeSitter as new homeowners in Lombard, but felt we should get a few more opinions as we are new to the whole “stair runner world.” What a mistake. Other stores were not very helpful or knowledgeable, said any carpet can be made into a stair runner. Seriously!??
